Well, I am beginning to believe that there is something to the "eat healthy and exercise" idea. You know how they say that if you don't eat, skip meals, etc. that your body will freak out and "hold" onto the fat in your body? Well, this week I had 2 days of nothing but liquids, broth, jello, ect. and the next day was bumped up to crackers and noodle soup. So, I am pretty sure my body said "what ta heck is goin' on?" I wish it was a bigger number but I am still happy with losing 2.5lbs.
As for my favorites, I really enjoy the Shape Bikini Body Boot Camp Dvd and the "Gunner" DVD's. It's nice to have a change of pace when the treadmill or elliptical machine get boring. Check out Baby Tea Leaves for more HFH results.
