So it is now 12:17pm and I have still NOT gotten on the treadmill!!!! I did do 3 miles Saturday and Sunday. Today I will be doing 2 miles with dips,pushups, rows and thrusters (that is an exercise and not what you are thinking!!!!). So, it is obvious that I would rather have a root canal than do it, so I googled some fitness blogs and the one I was drawn to was Diet Coke and Zingers!!!!! I told you I wasn't in the mood to exercise!!! But it is a funny blog about her journey on Weight Watchers and she has had some great success.
Some days I don't know how to get my butt in gear other than just putting one foot in front of the other. The scale is not moving BUT I was able to get a size M workout pants this weekend!!! FYI....I have always been an XL gal so I will pretty much be wearing those pants every day from now until the end of the month!!!
If you have any motivation tips......please pass them on to me. I can use all the help I can get!!!!

On Monday I made a new commitment to start excercising, blogged about what I was going to do this week and it is almost Friday and I haven't done a thing. I understand where you are coming from.
