Slim Down Sunday

Today marks the first week of my official weight loss challenge. Treadmill and resistance workouts were completed 6 out of the 7 days. I am down 1/2 of a pound and have lost 2 inches total....one inch on my waist and one inch on my hips. My friend Vicki also lost 2 inches but is down 4.5 pounds!!!!! WAHOOO!!!! I have decided to continue with my routine and am adding the Shred Challenge over at Shrinking Jeans to it. I figure adding anything with Jillian to what I am already doing has to be good!!!!

Love that you are measuring inches. Sometimes the pounds don't seem to come off, but the inches change. I can't fathom exercising that many days out of the week. Good for you!
