Now don't get all excited....this is NOT a photo of me. Although it is an ad for some kind of flip flops to "tone" your legs/butt, etc. while you wear them. Now, I would be the first to wear these babies 24 hours a day/7 days a week if I thought they would work and I would look like her. However, I like to think that I have a few brain cells and that is why I am STILL doing the 30 day Shred with Jillian Michaels and the sisters and Shrinking Jeans.
It was a challenge this week with the birthday party events and the yummilicious birthday cake. I didn't deprive myself of a piece (or two), I just knew that I had to do some extra work (which was totally worth it!!!).
The weather is getting nicer and that encourages me to drink water and eat healthier. Jillian says to chew on a piece of gum when you want to snack and this really works for me, so try it.
This week I am down 1/2 inch total and 0.2lbs. Not a lot but not a gain either!!! I'll take it!!

I cannot tell you how many times I've given the gum advice to other people, but I always still forget to do it for myself! Great reminder!!
I have got to remember the gum advice when I feel like chowing down on a bag of chips!
i've heard of "fit flops" my grandmother wears the tennis shoe equivilant. although i'm not sure what her legs would have otherwise looked like...i still haven't ran out and bought a pair.
i caved to the birthday ice cream cone, and cake, and cherry yum yum.
