Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday.In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that they take it easy and look forward to the weekend. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.

This weekend is going to be summer here in Michigan. We have plans for a baseball game of 7-8 year olds and then ANYTHING that we can do outside!!!! I plan to look like I have been somewhere warm and tropical for spring break!!!

I am beginning to develop a love/hate relationship with Jillian -trainer from the Biggest Loser. I have joined in with the Sisters at Shrinking Jeans to shred for 30 days. We are now into level 2 and I peeked at level 3 and now I completely understand how and why she gets results! One might think 20 minutes is no big deal. Then you have never met Jillian!!! However, I asked for it and this is what I need to get into shape for the 80 degree weather. This week the scale didn't budge an ounce (darn bunny) but I did lose a total of 1 inch. I am so glad that I took measurements at the beginning so that I can see some kind of progress.
